The mattress arrived with two stains on it. Two emails and three phone calls later it was eventually sorted out. Unable to register the warranty online if you live in Ireland. So I was told to just hang onto the receipts. Online said three year warranty while the card that came with the pram said two years. A little tricky to figure out the double with the basinette on top. Still not sure if it even can
