We want you to be able to shop with confidence, so we offer as standard 1-year warranty on all our products against material or manufacturing defects. This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

Warranties exclude any defects or breakages caused by inappropriate use of the product or inobservance of the safety and maintenance rules listed in the products instruction manual and on the care labels, as well as faults caused by wear and tear through normal use and daily handling.

The label displaying the chassis and serial number of the model should never be taken off your pram, pushchair or car seat, it contains important information and would invalidate your warranty if removed.

Proof of purchase is required to claim on the warranty. This shall not affect your statutory rights.

Please retain your proof of purchase. Without adequate proof of purchase, you will not be able to make a warranty claim.
