Put simply: The lower the TOG rating, the lighter the fabric. The higher the TOG rating, the warmer the fabric.

0.2 TOG Rating are ideal for Room Temperatures between 75-81°F.

1.0 TOG Rating are ideal for Room Temperatures between 68-75°F.

1.5 TOG Rating are ideal for Room Temperatures between 64-72°F.

2.5 TOG Rating are ideal for Room Temperatures between 61-68°F.

3.5 TOG Rating are ideal for Room Temperatures below 61°F.

Warm gentle machine wash in wash bag with similar colours

Pull into shape after washing, before tumble drying/line drying
