Correct breast shield sizing can support comfort and effective pumping. These Elvie Wave 15mm inserts are made from soft, flexible, food-grade silicone and are specifically shaped for the Elvie Wave breast shield. Elvie recommends the 15mm insert for a nipple-base measurement of approximately 13–14mm; measure both nipples before pumping, as each side may require a different size.
