Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 2PM GMT Monday–Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2PM or during weekends and public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

In-stock items typically arrive within 2–3 working days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Furniture & Large Items

Larger pieces such as cots, cotbeds, dressers, wardrobes, and furniture sets incur higher shipping charges due to specialist handling and transportation. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout.
