Good Afternoon,
I believe one of my colleagues has already responded to your e-mail, but (just in case you have not yet received this) we can confirm that this PVC will definitely work with 3-handled strollers. its fairly common for lightweight A-frame twin strollers to have 3 handles so this PVC has a slot cut into the PVC to allow the middle handle to poke through.
