Hi Rebecca,
Thanks for getting in touch, hopefully I can help.
The Twone is about the most versatile twin buggy on the market and it can be used to carry practically any combination of Koos, Rebel Pro, Strata, Matrix Pro and Matrix Light II, top or bottom.
Sadly the Micro Carrycot does not fit on the Twone. If you need a carrycot for your newborn baby then we would recommend the Matrix Light II as this both offers a longer useful lifespan (18months compared to the aprox 12 on the Micro) and is suitable for in case use aswell. The Matrix Light II can also be used safely as a carrycot for overnight sleeping with the use of the safety mattress. It basically ticks all the boxes!
I hope that helps Rebecca!
Kind regards,

Hi there does the jane micro foldable carrycot fit the power twin buggy? If so would it fit in both positions front and back. I have a two year old and a baby due in February and my sister has given me her powertwin which I would like to adapt.

No, unfortunately the size of the Micro Carycot doesn't allow it to fit onto a Powertwin Pro tandem pushchair. If your model is the POWERTWIN PRO model then the only carriers still available today are the Strata or Koos infant car seats by Jane.
If you have the older POWERTWIN TRAVELLER then unfortunately its too old now and there is no longer any compatible car seats or carrycot made for it.
Hope this helps. Regards SJ

Hi, would this fit the Jane Solo Reverse pushchair? bought that several years ago (6? probably!) for my boy, not expecting i'd need a newborn-suitable attachment!
thanks muchly!

Hi Vicky,
Unfortunately we don't know for sure. Micro wasn't available when Solo Reverse was around. So we never put them together. Only thing we are sure is the Matrix Light 2, which is also a carrycot, should fit OK because, at that time Solo Reverse was sold with the original Matrix Light model.
Hope this helps. Regards SJ

We recently bought the Jane twone pram with 2 koos car seats and 2 different seats. However, we'd like a flat carrycot like the micro or nano cot, but I can see on another question you have indicated this won't fit the twone and have listed alternatives. The alternatives all look to be car seats though and not flat cots. Do you have anything flat that would connect to the twone? Cheers.

Hi Martyn, what is recommended by the manufacturers is the Koos or Matrix Light. The Matrix Light is a car seat that transforms into a lie-flat carrycot. The Matrix can also be used on the top or bottom positions on the Twone. The Micro carrycot could fit on the top position on a Twone, however it wobbles a bit, and therefore isn't recommended, although it is safe and it does attach using the Pro-fix system like your Koos car seats do already, Hope this helps. regards SJ

Dear Sir,
I would like to know if the Micro foldable carrycot includes a mattress and if so whether this is suitable for overnight sleeping. If not, I would like to know which mattress would be best suited for it and if you stock it.
Finally, I'd appreciate if you could confirm that this is compatible with the Jane Rider pram.
Thanks for your help
Elisa

Hi Elisa,
The Micro does come with a self mattress which is also removable. You could use it for overnight sleeping, however most parents tend to purchase the seperate one that has a removable washable cover on it - the Micro Safety mattress.
It's usually a better idea to have a safety mattress for night time.
You can find it under MATTRESS on our web site, or search for MICRO MATTRESS and it will find it for you.
Also the Micro carrycot can attach to the Jane Rider pushchair, it has the PROfix system so it just clips on.
Hope this helps.

What is the weight of the micro carrycot and can it be used with the Trider? Thanks
Samuel Johnston Replies:
|
Hi Lara
When boxed, this item weighs 5Kg; so the Net weight of the Micro will be in the 3 to 4Kg range.
The Micro Carrycot is fully compatible with the Trider System, it clicks into the frame without the need for adaptors.

Hi, i bought Jane Normad Pro Marine & Jane Rebel Pro 2008 Marine,is this carry cot suitabe to fix in my pushchair?

Good morning Yu,
Thanks for getting in touch, hopefully I can help!
YES, one of the best things about the Jane "Pro" systems is that you know for fact that any new Pro carseat will be compatible without the need for any awkward fitting kits.
ALthough it doesnt have "pro" in the title the Micro folding carrycot DOES have the pro-fix brackets built in, so you can be sure that this will fit onto your Nomad Pro.
I hope that helps Yu,
