Jané Exo car seat is idiot-proof, has great new safety features, and is easy to keep clean. The Jané Exo car seat is by far and away the best car seat I have ever come across. lOVE IT and i would highly recommend it.

The seat itself is excellent. The build quality is second to none and my son loves sitting in it. He chose to watch TV after unpacking to inspect the seat...

The only downside (but we knew of this prior) is that you cannot buy the base separate and transfer the seat between cars. The seat and base is far to heavy and bulky to transfer between cars regularly. A compromise that is worth it though.

The customer service given was how it should be! We did receive the first seat which we weren't happy with as it appeared to be damaged (scratches to the base). We didn't want to risk safety with a risk of a defect so asked for a replacement and SJ had no problems at all with arranging collection and the delivery of a replacement. Very smooth customer services. We'd happily recommend and buy again from SJ.
