 Samuel Johnston's Extended Jane WarrantyFor absolute peace of mind this extended warranty service will provide cover for manufacturing defects for up to 3 years from point of purchase. This Extended Warranty package is valid on Jane products purchased from us and at the same time as this optional extended warranty. This warranty would cover all mechanical work and parts which have failed due to manufacturing defect for up to 3 years, providing peace of mind that your product will be covered and you won't be liable for expensive repair bills. This warranty would mean that outside the original manufacturers warranty if your product displays any kind of manufacturing fault, defect or breakage due to faulty manufacture we will repair this free of charge for you using original Jane parts. This warranty would cover safety checks, inspection, all parts and labour involved in the repair. This would exclude accidental damage or damage caused by misuse, normal fabric wear and tear or "consumable" items such as tyres or inner tubes (which would eventually require replacement in the same way as any car or bicycle). Should a fault occur or you need to call on this warranty for a repair you simply return the product to us and we will repair it. Basically this will cover the repairs and you just need to send the product back to us.
