Very thick well padded memory foam pad! I use it with the Matrix car seat and is perfect! Is well padded in the middle as well as the edges compared with other similar products! Worth the money!

We’ve used this mattress in our pram from day one with our newborn and it’s great. It’s a soft and cosy addition to a hard based carrycot. He is now 5months old and we use the head piece each night in his crib and reattach during the day for walks in his pram. It’s easy to wash and drys quickly.
