I searched high and low for the travel system I wanted for baby. Another company even took my money and then later said it wasn’t available. Ordered from Samuel Johnston after being disappointed and it came the same week! No issues.
Unfortunately the rain cover that came with it was damaged. I emailed customer service and they sorted it very promptly and a replacement was sent. Very happy with the service, highly recommend.
Hello, I would like to mention that I am delighted by the level of service offered by Samuel Johnston! I was struggling to buy Ickle Bubba Moon 3 in 1 with Isofix Base in all Black colour and apparently no other online retailers in UK had the item with matching specs in stock and were totally not bothered to properly discuss this with manufacturer (Ickle Bubba). Not only did Samuel Jonhston had this in stock, they also supported after to replace one of the part that was delivered wrong and resolved all issues quiet quickly. SJ's were true to their words and I would certainly rank them as best when compared with peers. Feel free to order confidently!
