Hi Joanna,
These thorn resistant tyres will fit your Jane if its got the 12.5" tube, Jane used two different sizes of inner tube on their air-tyre models but these thick heavy-duty tubes are designed for the Jane Powertrack 360, Jane Powertwin Dual Traveller, Nurse Dakar and Dakar Pro model pushchairs.

Thanks for getting in touch, hopefully I can help!
Depending on the exact model of inner tube and tyre that was fitted to your pram at the factory it may or not have had markings on it to indicate the size.
So there is a really simply way to check compatibility - by looking at the wheel rim itself.
IF your Powertwin has a plastic 5 or 6 spoke wheel then this thorn-proof tube wont actually fit, it will be too large. However if your wheel rim has lots (around 25) thin metal spoked on an aluminium rim then this will be a direct replacement.
