Excellent Customer Service. Very happy with our purchase. With all the accessories it is a head turner. Practical. We also bought the matrix light 2, it is pretty heavy but if you want safety then would highly recommend it. Lie flat position is a brilliant innovation, we use it as a portable moses basket....I can take it to the kitchen and watch over baby.

Our 4 month old was filling the carrycot of our Out n About Nipper, so we needed an equally hard-wearing pram that could be rearward facing, cope with rough terrain and not cost a fortune. The Jane Epic perfectly fits the bill. Wonderful to push, baby is so comfy, even the Trans Pennine Trail is no match for the incredible suspension. The fold is compact and straightforward. This is a solid all-rounder, not the lightest pram, but byno means bulky.
