I need a replacement hub cap for this product. I've checked your website, but unsure which is the correct one to order as when click on Slalom R it shows a circular hub cap. Could you please advise if you stock the hub cap for this product.
Many thanks

Hi Steph,
Thanks for getting in touch, hopefully I can help!
Dont worry, we havent taken a photo of every single hub cap we have in stock (as these are not asked for very frequently) but we DO have the different types actually in stock.
There is only one image for these hub caps, so it will show the same picture regardless of what variant or model you choose. Do not worry this is perfectly fine, if you order the Slalom R wheel hub cap here:
http://www.samueljohnston.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=318
You will get the correct cap, in this case the three pointed Slalom R cap.
I hope thats been some help Steph!
Kind Regards,

One of the rear wheels of my Jané Rider was broken today by in an international travel. I've seen that you are out of stock for the Rider, but you have this Salomon one, The axis seems to fit... but it actually does? could I buy two wheels of this slalom reference and replace the good and bad one on my rider? How long would it be for you to procure a rider wheel (im at the US for a week, so I would really appreciate fast shipping),
Dear regards

Good Morning Camilo,
Thanks for getting in touch, hopefully I can help!
The Rider wheels and Trider wheels are interchangable, but unfortunately these are both currently out of stock. Some Rider wheels are due back in again from Jane in Spain, but this may not be for 3-4 weeks.
If you are really stuck we can confirm that the Slalom R wheels will actually fit and lock onto the Rider chassis correctly. However the diferent spacing on the brake cog on the Slalom R wheel means that if you attach this to a Rider it will make the wheels sit out about 3-4cm further than normal, but they will connect and attatch securely. The folding of the pushchair may be affected by the wider track of the Slalom R wheels, but these can simply be removed if necesary.
So if you cannot wait for the new wheels to arrive in from Spain, then the Slalom R wheels will be a substitute.
I hope thats been some help Camilo,
Kind Regards,
Samuel Johnston ltd.
