WROST COMPANY EVER!!!!

WROST COMPANY EVER!!!!

Bought a bundle on 7th April stated to be in stock in may however now it stated to be in stock in June which make more new stressed to find another bundle. Not sure why they said to be in stock in may thrn changed the mind and took my payment their response is that it's my babiiee fault but the order was made through your website.

Enquiry Answered Fast!

I enquired about a toddler pram seat and got a response pretty much straight away and all the information I required as well, they're the only company that have the seat I need - I was informed about stock as well which is lovely to be made aware of and save disappointment.

I cannot wait to place my order with them, lovely customer service team!

DO NOT ORDER.

Absolutely ridiculous. Do not order. Save yourself the hassle. I ordered a rocking horse on 12th Feb for my daughter's birthday. Emailed them on 19th Feb asking for an update on delivery. Had no response to my email but have received a refund this morning. No time to reorder from another company for delivery before her birthday. Disgusting service.

We understand your frustration regarding the time in which you have left to get a gift, but we did communicate with you in a timely manner to inform you of the cancellation, 7 days ago.

We can see that our team contacted you on Tuesday 13th Feb, to update you with the unfortunate news that we were unable to fulfil your order as the product had been discontinued with our supplier.

An email was sent to inform you this, as well as the fact that the funds would be refunded to you. A refund can take upto 7 days to process back into your account which we are happy to hear has reached you today.

We further responded to your email enquiry this morning to advise that we had sent an email to you last week advising we were unable to fulfil your order, to which you responded to and are aware of our communication.

Would highly recommend Samual Johnson

Would highly recommend Samual Johnson. I live in South Yorkshire and all my deliveries have been exceptionally fast and efficient. I’ve practically bought everything I own for my baby from the website soley for the comfort and security of knowing I can rely on the company and its business.

The bundles are perfect for any new parent or family needing an upgrade, i saved hundreds.

Thank you again guys! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

After trawling websites and shops we…

After trawling websites and shops we called to Samuel Johnson to see the products the staff were fabulous
They took time to show us all the features of our travel system including how to put it together and change all the parts. We took a bundle option which included a beside me crib and bouncy chair for a really discounted price They also explained the differences in car seats including having a weighted doll so we could estimate the weight we would be carrying with the different seats
They gave a fantastic range and loads of colours
We purchased full travel system with car seat and additional bundle ( bouncy and crib). We were able to leave a deposit. Pay off the balance. Collect when required
Highly recommend

Had issues with isofix base and called…

Had issues with isofix base and called back to shop to check if we were putting car seat on correctly. The staff member Beas extremely helpful and noticed a fault replaced the isofix base immediately and tested to reassure us of safety for baby.

Sales and safety are of equal importance at Samuel Johnston a store I shopped in for my children and now my grandson

The best experience!

Visited the store last year in search for a pram and was shocked by the range they had in store! We went for the Noordi Fjordi Leather Travel System in Cloud and honestly was the best decision we ever made! Not only does our pram get so many compliments, it’s lasted through the madness of the newborn stage and no one sign of wear and tear, the leather is easily kept as it’s wipeable. Also we don’t have much room in our house and the store was able to hold onto our purchases until we needed them which was so helpful! Thanks again Simon ufor an amazing experience, we will recommend you to all our friends, family and any one that compliments our pram!

Terrible ‘customer service’

Terrible ‘customer service’. If you do manage to eventually get a response they are rude and unhelpful. Overcharged for my order and they have told me it’s my own problem when it was a fault of their system. Wish I never ordered from here, save yourselves the stress!

I bought many baby products from samuel…

I bought many baby products from samuel Johnston. Im extremely happy with my purchases delivery is only a few days which is fantastic.. Customer care is great for relying also all on same day wheres other places takes days to reply or not at all. Im a mam of 6 and soon to be 7 at Christmas when my New bundle of joy comes and ill most certainly be ordering new bits for him/her, highley recommend samuel Johnston

Recently received my son jumperoo hes 3…

Recently received my son jumperoo hes 3 months old but by the time Christmas comes he will be 4 month he’s so amazing on his legs and head control is fab, really can’t wait for him to use it fast delivery and updates about postage where great! Thank you Samuel Johnston will definitely be buying from here again!

Amazing service

Order arrived the next day which was brilliant as we weren't expecting it to. Also Simon from customer service was probably the most helpful person I've ever dealt with. Have already recommended Samuel Johnston to many family members and friends. Prices are fab also. You really get your moneys worth which is rare these days. Wouldnt shop for my baby stuff anywhere else in the future.

I purchased some wooden toys online

I purchased some wooden toys for my baby granddaughter last Christmas as she was coming from Scotland to stay with us. The products were beautiful and exceptional quality which shows that this company only sell the best products. Delivery was prompt and all products were packed well to avoid damage during transit. I was very pleased with purchase and will be ordering again this year for her birthday and Christmas.

Great company

I have ordered several things from this company. First was my oyster 3 back in 2019 which came really quickly and when the rain cover had a rip, it was replaced quickly and there was no issues at all. I am still using it for my second child and its still in great condition. I also bought one of our joie 360 car seats. Again, excellent customer service, swift delivery. I've recommended this company to many people.

My go to store for my family's needs

Ordered a Silvercross Pop Stroller bundle with footmuff at a really reasonable price. Swift, simple transaction, and delivery time was amazing. There were updates between purchase and delivery. I was so impressed, it became my first stop for baby/toddler shopping. When due my second baby, it was the first place I went to purchase my twin pram (Out and About Little Nipper) I've also recommended to family and friends who also reported back with positive feedback. Fab range of products, great customer service, great offers, great delivery time. Website is extremely user friendly. Highly recommend.

I bought a panorama xt from Samuel…

I bought a panorama xt from Samuel Johnston and it arrived on time in excellent condition. The travel system is bulletproof. It is strong, sturdy and has been in fields, on rocky stony country roads and has travelled the length of the country with us. I am really impressed with Samuel Johnston and will definitely buy from there again, thank you!!

FAULTY PRAM BRAND NEW UNHELPFUL COMPANY

I ordered my pram in October. Baby born November 18th. Didn't use for 1st week, when used breaks wouldn't latch in left side, sometimes both & especially on the bus the pram would go swaying. Contacted Samuel johnson & they wanted to send my buggy off to silvercross for repair which would take 10-12 days just for an inspection! The buggy is brand new & had emergency c section so how do I carry my baby about? A sling isn't an option. We are now in January? And I'm still fighting over a FAULTY buggy! It should have been an instant replacement! They have been no help & lying saying none in stock even though its available on they're site!! Iv now had no buggy as the whole left side gives way! Unsafe to use! This isn't something I want to do but here we are if it takes ro be heard

Great customer service

I searched high and low for the travel system I wanted for baby. Another company even took my money and then later said it wasn’t available. Ordered from Samuel Johnston after being disappointed and it came the same week! No issues.

Unfortunately the rain cover that came with it was damaged. I emailed customer service and they sorted it very promptly and a replacement was sent. Very happy with the service, highly recommend.

We purchased the ickle bubba V3 travel…

We purchased the ickle bubba V3 travel system in early 2022 for our baby due June 2022. When we went to set up the car seat part of the travel system month later we discovered it wasn’t very compatible with our car. So my husband called into the store and an employee was super helpful. He brought out different car seats also compatible with our travel system to let us try and exchanged the original car seat for us. Really helpful and the travel system we got is great.

5 star for everything

Purchased Silvercross Foootmuff. Website was super easy to use. There is definitely savings to be had using this website!!
Delivery was a few days with regular updates.
I cannot fault a thing about this service, value for money, ease of use quality products all 5 star 🌟
