Jane Montecarlo R1 + Xtend From £169.00
THE 'MONTECARLO R1 XTEND' BY JANE
THE FIRST ISOFIX GROUP 1-2-3 CAR SEAT IN THE WORLD.
Building on the functionality of the standard Montecarlo car seat, the Montecarlo R1 is equipped with an ISOFIX anchoring system for the base of the seat, which combined with the child retention system, affords the seat greater stability.
Montecarlo R1 also features an adjustable back rest that can be altered to provide different recline positions. This unique recline mechanism, unlike other car seats on the market, allows you to adjust the recline position even when your child is still in the car seat, allowing you to easily recline the seat without disturbing them when they fall asleep during longer journey.
Due to its ISOFIX connections, the Montecarlo R1 has an additional safety feature over all other traditional Group 2 & 3 car seats:- There's no need to strap the car seat in when empty, as its always connected by the ISOFIX. Very convenient when dropping your child off at school or the child minders. An empty, unrestrained car seat could cause fatal injury to other passengers in the event of an accident.

Great car seat that's ISOFIX compatible. Safer but also I love that I don't have to keep remembering to get out of the drivers seat to belt it up again when it's empty when I leave the kids off at school. Most parents should know when you unbelt a booster seat to get your child out of the car, you need to belt it again because it will be loose in the back of your car and could cause fatal injury in an accident. It's so easy to move between cars, and much lighter than previous car seats that I've used in the past.

The car seat was delivered promptly. The seat itself is great and relatively narrow so can fit into the back of the car with two other car seats, but the Xtend addition is not a very nice thing though I understand it improves safety.

Good value, great ratings on the safety and very versatile seat. Very happy. Only downside is assembling the seatbelt everytime with the xtend.
